Who is this NOT for?

This service is not a good fit for:

People looking for done-for-you services. This is a live advisory program, not an execution service.
Those who want on-demand availability. Calls are scheduled, and responses outside of sessions are limited.
Individuals who are not ready to take action. This program is designed for people who are committed to implementing strategies and making progress.
Anyone seeking coaching on personal mindset work. While business strategy may involve mindset shifts, this is not a life coaching program.

What can I bring to a session?

Accepted Answer

Sessions are designed to provide clarity, direction, and actionable insights.

Bring whatever's most pressing, or most exciting. Sessions can be tactical, strategic, or exploratory.

You might come with:
A new offer you want to map out
A tricky client situation to navigate
A revenue dip to troubleshoot
A block you can’t quite name

Or simply, “Where do I even begin?”

You'll receive a short form after each scheduled meeting where you'll be able to steer the agenda, and ensure you get the most out of our time together.

How does scheduling work?

Accepted Answer

You can book one (1) 30-minute session per week, except for Thanksgiving and Christmas week.
Sessions are booked in advance based on availability.
You can roll over up to 5 sessions total, meaning if you skip a week, you can bank it for later, but once you hit 5 unused sessions, you cannot accumulate more rollovers.
Unused sessions do not carry over past the one-year mark.

Can I invite a guest or another member of my team to join my session?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you’re welcome to invite a guest or team member to join your session.

Ultimately, it’s up to you to determine who needs to be in the room to get the most value. That said, I recommend being mindful of how we use our time so we can maximize the session’s impact and keep the focus on your goals.

What if I need to reschedule?

Accepted Answer

You must reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Last-minute cancellations or no-shows count as used sessions.

What if I don’t use all the sessions?

Accepted Answer

This isn’t about maximizing bookings—it’s about knowing I’m here when you need me. You might go all-in during a launch, then pause during a vacation or quieter season. That’s fine.

Sessions don't roll over indefinitely, but you can bank up to 5 if you need a break.

This is a partnership, not a countdown clock.

To get the most value from each session, you should:

Come prepared with specific questions, challenges, or topics to discuss.
Have any necessary documents, data, or notes ready for reference.

What do the sessions actually look like?

We meet on Zoom for up to 30 minutes. Most sessions start with a quick check-in and then dive deep on whatever you bring.

I’ll help you cut through the noise, name what’s really going on, and create a clear, actionable next step, without judgment or fluff.

Think of it as an anchor point in your week where you don’t have to do it all alone.

What happens in the onboarding session?

We’ll kick things off with a 60-minute onboarding session to clarify your goals, priorities, and preferences.

Then we schedule a 90-minute strategy session to create your roadmap.

From there, we meet weekly or as needed—your choice.

What is the difference between the onboarding session and initial strategy session?

Onboarding Session (60 minutes): Covers logistics, scheduling, expectations, and how to optimize your experience.
Initial Strategy Session (90 minutes): A deep dive into your goals, challenges, and roadmap for the year ahead.

Will you do work for me between sessions?

No, all work happens live during the sessions. You are responsible for implementing what we discuss.

Your information, business details, and discussions are kept strictly confidential. No details will be shared with third parties. Likewise, you are expected to respect the confidentiality of any insights, frameworks, or strategies provided.

You can either:
Pay in full with a one-time payment and receive a 10% discount. 
You can make quarterly installments. 
You can also make monthly payments.
